The Story

The plan for 4M Running came about during the COVID-19 pandemic.

While locked away, unable to work with runners, I brainstormed a simple guide to improving running form, based on the 10+ years of performing video running analysis in physical therapy and sports performance clinics.

I’ve worked with runners of all levels, from those just starting to run and not wanting to start with bad habits, to professional track athletes and Olympians, who need to stay healthy to achieve their dreams.

The basics of the 4M system is just four items in the four categories.

The activities are designed to fit into your warm-up and maintenance plans so you can get out the door and run.

The 4M Running Method is built from my background as an Athletic Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Massage Therapist. Each discipline brings a different focus to improve the whole.

Educational

Who wants to read boring stuff about running form? This was planned to be quick and fun to learn, while teaching you a bit about your running form, so you can take better care of yourself.
